UCAC is the only trade association in Connecticut that focuses primarily on water and sewer-line work, and other underground utility work.  As a member, you will be updated by the bi-weekly UCAC Pipeline on legislative and regulatory issues affecting the industry at the federal, state, and local levels.  UCAC encourages all members to voice their concerns regarding industry standards. By joining the UCAC, you will have a forum to make a positive difference in our industry.  Complementing your membership will be safety training opportunities, informational and educational programs, and various social functions.

Safety and Educatin Programs

UCAC prides itself on Safety Training. A wide array of safety and health courses are available at the Construction Education Center in Rocky Hill and Stratford, CT-days or evenings, to include: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, Confined Space, and Trenching and Excavation.
