The UCAC Scholarship Auction, an annual tradition, dates back to the 70s. UCAC members, friends and family gather for what has become the highlight of the year – and an excellent opportunity for everyone to contribute to the Scholarship Fund.

UCAC’s President, David Duff, has made it his mission to revamp the Scholarship Program during his two-year term with a focus on assisting students interested in careers in the trades. The new program will be announced by the new year and will aim to help many more students and those who opt for trade schools over traditional college educations.

The Scholarship Auction is an amazing event with top tier entertainment, a Silent Auction, a Live Auction, fun raffles, an abundant buffet, signature drink and always surprises. Many UCAC members invite their entire teams and their significant others to this event.

Sponsorship Packages

Dinner Sponsor$2,000

Our dinner sponsor gets top billing on all Auction marketing including emails, website, PowerPoint presentation, signage at the event and social media posts. Your company will be recognized from the stage during the event and you will receive prime seating.

Auction Paddle Sponsor$1000 -SOLD OUT

Our Auction Paddle sponsor will receive recognition on all Auction marketing including website, emails and social media as well as on signage at the event. All Auction Paddles will be branded with your company’s logo.

Wine Glass Sponsor$1,750 – SOLD OUT –

Our Wine Glass Sponsor will receive top billing on all Auction marketing including website, social media, emails, signage at the event and PowerPoint. Your company logo, along with the UCAC 50th Anniversary logo, will be printed in wine glasses which will be distributed to all Auction guests and we will recognize your contribution from the stage during the event. You and your guests will also receive priority seating at Saint Clements Castle.

Cocktail Sponsor$1500 – SOLD OUT-

Our Cocktail Sponsor will be recognized as the sponsor of the two drink tokens distributed to each Auction guest and will be recognized on all Auction marketing including website, email, PowerPoint and social media posts and on signage at the event. An Auction Signature Drink will be created and named after you or your company with signage promoting your special drink at the bar.

Entertainment Sponsor$750

Auction guests will be wowed by amazing entertainment and our Entertainment Sponsor will get all the credit! Your company will be recognized as our Entertainment Sponsor on all Auction marketing including website, emails, PowerPoint, social media and on signage at the event. You will also be give the opportunity to introduce our entertainment and we will recognize you from the stage.

Auction Item Sponsor $150

By contributing through an Auction Item Sponsorship, you will help UCAC cover the cost of amazing Auction items. Your company will get full recognition for the item(s) purchased with your contribution. Auction Item Sponsorships are only on sale until October 17th. If you are looking to contribute an item you’ve already purchased, please email ed@ucac.pro. UCAC will make all decisions about which items will be in the auction and, in conjunction with the auctioneer, which will be in the live versus silent auctions.

The architectural design of Saint Clements began with the 16th century castles of Europe. Centuries later, a New York architect named Sidney Algernon Bell incorporated several interesting features in the manor house, which include the long balcony modeled after the Inn of William the Conqueror at Divers, France, and the Art Gallery which was modeled after the Great Hall of the Chateau of Langeais. The two Norman towers add a distinctive feature to the French Tudor entrance.

This is the perfect backdrop for our finale event of our 50th Anniversary Celebration year!

Dress

The dress for this event is business dressy or dressy. Men typically wear suits, with or without ties and ladies often wear dresses.

Bidding

All attendees receive an Auction Paddle upon arrival, with a unique number. There is a silent auction where you can use your number to indicate your bid and raising your paddle during the live auction will alert the auctioneer to your bid. All active members may be billed for items won, but payments will be taken via credit card, cash or check from all others or from members who wish to pay on the spot.

Raffles

It is always a good idea to bring some cash as we will have some fun raffles. We will have a card reader on hand for this purpose if needed.
